统筹城乡医疗保险背景下重庆市老年人医保现状、问题及对策研究

Abstract As China′s aging process continues to accelerate,the number of elderly people continues to grow,accompanied by the gradual decline in physiological function,the risk of disease gradually increased.The demand for medical services in the elderly is more urgent than in the past,how to meet the reasonable needs of this group,how to ensure the fairness of the medical insurance system has become the government must face the problem.This paper investigates the status quo of medical insurance for the elderly in Chongqing,and realizes the actual situation of medical insurance for the elderly in Chongqing.The main problems are found.At the same time,according to the relevant research results at home and abroad,protect the rights and interests of the elderly in different backgrounds.
