昂丹司琼和氟哌利多对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of Ondansetron and Droperidol on postoperative nausea and vomiting followed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From Januarry to June 2016,80 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment admitted into our hospital were selected randomly,and these odd patients were divided into Ondansetron group(n=40)and those even Droperidol group(n=40)two groups according to the random number table,VAS score,Ramsay score,total amount of drug,PCA volume,incidence rate of nausea and vomiting and severity,and adverse reaction between two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total amount of drug,PCA in 2ndday of the two groups were significantly lower than in 1stday (P＜0.05).The Ramsay score in 1stday,2ndday of the Ondansetron group were significantly less(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in 1stday (2.5%)was significantly lower than the Droperidol group(22.5%)(P＜0.05),in which the proportion of level 0 was significantly higher(P＜0.05),the proportions of level 1,level 2 and level 3 were significantly lower(P＜0.05).the incidence rate of adverse reactions(25.0%)was significantly lower than the Droperidol group of 40.0% (P＜0.05).Conclusion Ondansetron has more positive effect for nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy compared with droperidol.
