| Effect of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets combined with Qishenyiqi Drop Pills in treatment of chronic heart failure |

Abstract Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets combined with Qishenyiqi Drop Pills in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure were treated in our department of internal medicine from April to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The participants in the two groups were treated with routine therapy including angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,β-blockers,aldosterone antagonists,diuretics,and if necessary,digoxin.In the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets and Qishenyiqi Drop Pills were added.One course of treatment was lasted for one month.At least one course of treatment was needed.The improvement of cardiac function before and after therapy was compared.Results The effect in the treatment group was better than that of in control group total effeetive rate:96.00 vs.72.00%,with a statisticant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets and Qishenyiqi Drop Pills intreat ment of chronic heart failure obtains a good effect with a lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
