| Clinical value of Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Aspirin in the treatment of pre-thrombotic state of recurrent abortion |

Abstract Objective To investigate clinical effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Aspirin in the treatment of pre-thrombotic state of recurrent abortion.Methods 88 patients with pre-thrombotic state of recurrent abortion diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to treatment plan.44 patients treated by Aspirin were selected as control group,while 44 patients treated by Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Aspirin were selected as observation group.Clinical related indexes,pregnancy outcome,the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,D-two polymer and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 level were decreased significantly in two groups(P＜0.01).AntithrombinⅢ,β-HCG level,thrombin time increased significantly in two groups(P＜0.01).D-two polymer,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,abortion rate,incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.01).AntithrombinⅢ,β-HCG,thrombin time,preterm birth rate,term birth rate,live birth rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Aspirin have significant effect in treatment for pre-thrombotic state of recurrent abortion,which can improve the clinical indications and pregnancy outcome,which also has high safety and worthy of clinical and promotion and application.
