3L脑科巾在前置胎盘剖宫产中的应用效果分析

Abstract Objective To evaluate the application effect of 3L brain towel in cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods The pregnant women used 3L brain towel(the experimental group,n=168)and bent plate in buttock (the control group,n=146)from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected,and the influence of intraoperative vaginal bleeding on intraoperative and postoperative nursing was evaluated.Results The amount of blood loss during operation in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,the amount of transfusion and blood transfusion was less than that of the control group,the rate of hysterectomy was lower than that of the control group,and the anesthesia time was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).In experimental group,the incidence rate of pressure ulcer,urinary retention,puerperal infection was lower than those of the control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding after surgery was less than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the comfort degree of pregnant women was higher than that of control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion 3L brain towel can accurately calculate the intraoperative amount of bleeding and is beneficial to formulate the appropriate therapeutic regimen,which reduces the occurrence of related complications and improve the safety of nursing.
