免疫抑制剂联合中药治疗儿童再生障碍性贫血的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of immunosuppressor combined with Bushen Yisui decoction in the treatment of children with aplastic anemia and its influence on peripheral hemogram immune factors.Methods Sixty children with aplastic anemia treated in Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from January 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,wtih 30 cases in each group.In the control group,immunosuppressor therapy was used,while in the treatment group,Bushen Yisui decoction was added.After 6-months treatment,the clinical efficacy,the levels of peripheral hemogram and lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+,CD3+CD56+and CD4+/CD8+)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The levels of Hb,WBC,PLT and lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD3+CD56+and CD4+/CD8+)were all increased;The levels of CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD3+CD56+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were recovered to be normal and had no statistical difference compared with that in the healthy individuals(P＞0.05);the levels of all indexs in the treatment group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of combination of immunosuppressant and traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Yisui decoction in children with aplastic anemia is better than immunosuppressor alone.It can effectively improve the immune response in children and promote the hematopoietic function,and it′s worthy of clinical application and promotion.
