妊娠期高血压患者合并肝功能异常对妊娠结局的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of abnormal liver function on pregnant outcome in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods 150 patients with HDCP in our hospital who were hospitalized from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the experimental group.150 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.3 ml fasting venous blood of pregnants in two groups were collected for detection of ALT,AST and GGT.The incidence of premature rupture of membranes,premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal distress and neonatal weight were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of ALT,AST and GGT in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the levels of ALT and GGT were significantly higher than those of the control group,were more than 2 times of the control group.The incidence rate of premature rupture of membranes,premature delivery and postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group respectively;the incidence rate of fetal distress in the experimental group(25.33%)was higher than that of the control group(12.00%),and the average birth weight[(2528.15±379.27)g]was lower than that in the control group[(3295.06±429.81)g],the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion HDCP and abnormal liver function can increase the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and have adverse effect on puerpera and neonatal.
