矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能及血气分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the pulmonary function and blood gas indexes in patients with silicosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods100 cases of silicosis patients treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to whether or not to merge chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,50 patients in the control group were simple silicosis patients,50 patients in the study group were silicosis combined with COPD.The lung function of two groups of patients was measured by the Japanese CHESTAC-50 lung function tester.Two groups of patients were collected for arterial blood,the blood gas analysis was carried out by the United States abbott i-STAT1 blood gas analyzer.ResultsOne second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),one second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and carbon monoxide dispersion(DLco)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),oxygen saturation(SpO2)and blood acidity(pH)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionSilicosis combined COPD showed its unique clinical pathological features,the patients′lung function and blood gas analysis can provide very important for its condition and prognosis judgement of reference.
