股骨头坏死非手术治疗的研究进展

Abstract Femoral head necrosis is a hot spot in the field of orthopedics,its exact pathogenesis,disease characteristics are still inconclusive,Once found that most of patients have entered the middle and late stage of femoral head necrosis, when femoral head often presents a bone collapse or degeneration and necrosis,the process is no longer reversible,then patients often need to bear trauma of surgery.And clinical methods for its early diagnosis are not the same,overall effect of the treatment is not very satisfactory,with the deepening of biological engineering research,non-surgical treatment is more and more attention for that clinical treatment of femoral head necrosis provides a new idea.Non-surgical treatment of femoral head necrosis were reviewed in this paper.
