TCT联合HPV检查在宫颈癌患者筛查和诊断中的意义

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the significance of thinprepcytologic test(TCT)combined with human papillomavirus DNA detection (HPV-DNA)in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and the diagnosis of precancerous lesions.MethodsFrom September 2014 to September 2016,330 patients who have been done cervical cancer screening and gynecological cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the subjects.The patients were examined by colposcopy and histopathological examination.And the patients were randomly divided into three groups,with 110 cases in each group.The patients of group A were conducted with TCT examination.Group B were conducted with HPV examination and group C were conducted with TCT HPV examination.The advantages and disadvantages of the three different detection methods were compared.ResultsCompared with colposcopy and histopathological examinations,the results of group A(TCT)were different and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of group B(HPV)were significantly higher than those of colposcopy and histopathological exams(P＜0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of group C(TCT+HPV)in atypical squamous cell(ASC),low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)and high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)were higher than that in group A(TCT)and group B(HPV),with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThinprepcytologic test combined with human papillomavirus DNA screening is an effective screening method for the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Because of the higher specificity,accuracy and sensitivity,it is clinically worthy of popularization and application of diagnostic methods.
