噻唑烷二酮类药物对原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度及氧化低密度脂蛋白的作用

Abstract Objective To analyze the role Thiazolidinediones on the intima-media thickness and ox-LDL in patients with primary hypertension (PH).Methods 100 patients with PH meeting the standard in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2014 were selected.Patients were divided into two groups:control group (n=50)and treatment group (n=50).All patients were treated with routine antihypertensive and lipid modulating,and treatment group was plused Rosiglitazone 4-8 mg/d,control of blood pressure was in below 140/90 mmHg.The IMT and ox-LDL level of patients were measured in 0,3,6 and 12 months.Results After 3,6 and 12 months treatment,IMT was decreased greatly and ox-LDL level was decreased greatly (P＜0.05).Change of treatment group was obvious compared with control group,and there was a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Thiazolidinediones can obviously decrease IMT and ox-LDL level of patients.
