血清Hcy、hs-CRP检测在H型高血压冠心病患者中的意义

Abstract Objective To investigate the significance of serum Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with H type hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods 88 cases of patients with primary hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016,48 cases of all the patients were with serum Hcy＜10 μmol/L, which will be set as control group;40 cases of all the patients were with serum Hcy≥10 μmol/L,which were set as observation group.The levels of serum Hcy and hs-CRP in two groups were compared,and the relationship between levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and the degree of coronary artery disease was analyzed.Results The serum Hcy of the control group was(8.24±0.96)μmol/L,hs-CRP level was(2.51±1.24)mg/L,the serum Hcy level of the observation group was (22.73±7.23)μmol/L,hs-CRP level was (6.41±1.96)mg/L,the serum Hcy,hs-CRP of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The serum Hcy level of single branch lesions was(16.84+6.01)μmol/L,hs-CRP level was(5.31+1.74)mg/L,the serum Hcy level of double branch lesions was (23.15±7.06)μmol/L,hs-CRP level was(6.25+1.62)mg/L,the serum Hcy level of three branch lesions the serum was (27.95±7.11)μmol/L,hs-CRP level was(8.01±1.81)mg/L,the serum levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in the coronary artery of single,double and three branch lesions showed a gradually increasing trend,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).The serum Hcy levels of stable angina patients in the observation group was(16.31+6.38)μmol/L,hs-CRP level was(5.53+1.61)mg/L,the level of serum Hcy of unstable angina patients was(22.11±7.05)μmol/L,hs-CRP levelwas(6.23±1.71)mg/L,the level of serum Hcy of acute myocardial infarction patients was(25.52±7.53)μmol/L,hs-CRP level was(7.89±1.67)mg/L,the serum levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with stable angina,unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction patients showed a gradually increasing trend,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The correlation analysis showed that the level of Hcy in patients with H type hypertension and the level of hs-CRP showed significant positive correlation(r=0.411,P=0.043).Conclusion Hcy and hs-CRP were closely related to the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with H type hypertension and coronary heart disease,that detection of serum Hcy,hs-CRP can effectively diagnose the extent of coronary artery disease has clinical significance,it is worth to further promote the application in clinic.
