心理护理干预在院前急救患者中的应用效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in pre-hospital emergency care patients.MethodsEighty patients by pre-hospital care in our first aid center from February 2013 to March 2015 were selected and evenly divided into conventional group and intervention group by a random number table 40 cases in each group.In the conventional group,traditional pre-hospital care and nursing measures were applied,while in the intervention group,the psychological intervention was strengthened.The improvement of psychological anxiety and quality of life score before and after nursing intervention were observed in the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the score of degree of adaptability,communication,understanding of disease knowledge,and positive mental attitude between two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).After nursing intervention,the above-mentioned indexes was (22.51±0.49)points,(21.85±1.02)points,(21.00±0.58)points,and (20.23±1.04)points respectively in the intervention group,and it was much higher than those in the conventional group [(13.52±1.00)points,(12.54±1.01)points,(13.49± 1.05)points,and (15.41±1.09)points](P＜0.05).In the conventional group,score of the indexes including health conditions of the body after being discharged,daily living activity,psycho-emotion,and social integration were all lower than those in the intervention group (P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the process of pre-hospital care,medical staff should take positive intervention to patients with bad emotion,and most of them can greatly alleviate after intervention with a better score of quality of life.
