| Intervention effect of health education path on platelet distribution width in patients with type 2 diabetes |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of health education path on platelet distribution width in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 patients with the type 2 diabetes in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine medicine and general health education,while patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional medicine and one by one diabetes health education pathway.1,3,6 months after health education,the levels of diabetic knowledge,FBG and platelet distribution width and 3,6 months after health education,the level of glycated hemoglobin of patients between two groups were compared.Results 1,3,6 months after health education,the levels of diabetic knowledge of patient in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;3,6 months after health education,the levels of FBG,platelet distribution width and glycated hemoglobin of patients in the observation group were lower than that in the control group.ALL the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education pathway in the type 2 diabetes can reduce the platelet distribution width,thereby reducing the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications,worthy of clinical application and popularization.
