早发型重度子痫前期发病机制的研究进展

Abstract Early onset severe preeclampsia is featured by early onset,severe condition,rapid progression,and high incidence of maternal complications and fatality rate in perinatal infants,the earlier the onset of it,the pregnancy outcome becomes poorer.Many scholars did quite a lot research on its pathomechanism in order to draft the corresponding measure targeted on the pathogenesis and control the development of disease.Together with the actual situation,the paper briefly reviews the pathomechanism of EOSP.
