| Application effect of hierarchical nursing concept in clinical nursing management |

Abstract Objective To observe the application effect of hierarchical nursing concept in clinical nursing management. Methods Hierarchical nursing concept was conducted in clinical nursing management in our hospital,and 80 patients during hospitalization (from January to December 2016)after the concept conducted were selected as the observation group,while another 80 patients during hospitalization (from January to December 2015)before the concept conducted were selected as the control group.The routine clinical nursing management was conducted in the control group in hospital,while hierarchical nursing concept applied in clinical nursing management was conducted in the observation group in hospital.Clinical nursing satisfaction degree in patients in the two groups were observed,and incidence rate of adverse events of nursing safety and medical dispute during hospitalization in the two groups were monitored.Results Clinical nursing satisfaction degree (95.00%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.75%),and the difference was statistical between two groups(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events of nursing safety in the observation group (1.25%)was significantly lower than that of the control group (8.75%),and the difference was statistical between two groups (P<0.05).Medical dispute did not occur in the observation group,while 1 case(1.25%)occurred in the control group during hospitalization,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Application effect of hierarchical nursing concept applied in clinical nursing management is good,and it can effectively improve patients′satisfaction degree,improve the quality of clinical nursing,reduce nursing risk,and it has a higher application value.
