椎间孔韧带松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intervertebral foramen ligament lysis in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 50 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with foraminal ligament lysis treatment,the control group was given lateral recess block.Postoperative follow-up,JOA low back pain disease efficacy,VAS score and clinical efficacy in the two groups were compared.Results The JOA scores after 3 months and 6 months of in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the VAS score was significantly lower than that before treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05). The JOA score after 3 months and 6 months in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).There was no significant differences in the VAS score at 3 months between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).The VAS score at 6 months in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The cure and efficiency rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of intervertebral foramen ligament lysis in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is obvious,and has high safety,which can be recommended in clinical practice.
