炎琥宁联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To probe into the clinical effects of potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate combined with interferon inhalation in treatment of children with herpangina.Methods 78 cases of children with herpangina and who accepted treatments in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group(37 cases)and control group(39 cases)by the random digit table grouping method.Patients of the two groups were treated with conventional therapy,on the basis of conventional treatmen,the control group were treated with Ribavirin while in the observation group,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,they were treated with potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate combined with interferon inhalation.Then,the clinical effects,symptom disappearance time,rate of adverse reaction and so on of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.92%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the salivation disappeared time, herpes disappear time,pyretolysis time,healing time in the observation group after treatment was significantly shorter than the control group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment was 7.69%,while in the control group was 28.21%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate combined with interferon inhalation in treatment of children with herpangina is satisfactory,which can shorten the recovery the time of symptoms and signs,promote the rehabilitation of the disease,but also with high safety,thus it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical.
