| Application of Sufentanil on postoperative intravenous analgesia |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Sufentanil used in postoperative intravenous analgesia.MethodsA total of 66 patients who underwent thoracic surgery in the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City from May 2013 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,33 cases in each group.Fentanyl was used for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA)after surgery in the control group,while Sufentanil was used for PCIA after operation in the observation group,VAS score and Ramsay score at different time points,change of postoperative each index and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.ResultsThe pain effect of two groups after treatment was significant,Ramsay score 4,8,12 h after operation,24 h actual dosage,PCA pressing times and the number of effective drug,postoperative recovery time and extubation time in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was significant difference in the nausea and vomiting scores and total adverse reaction rate between two groups(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of postoperative intravenous analgesia with Sufentanil is more accurate,more safety and remarkable value.
