Abstract With the increasing maturity and wide application of implant restoration,the edentulous patients not only pursue functional recovery,but also pay more attention to the aesthetic reconstruction,especially for the edentulous patients with the maxillary anterior teeth defect.However,the amount and quality of bone in the aesthetic area seriously affect the implant′s success in implanting the alveolar bone and its long-term function,aesthetic effect and so on.In this paper,1 cases of maxillary alveolar bone defect and traumatic tooth loss（14-22）were treated with bone graft and delayed implant denture.
