术前呼吸功能训练对胸外科手术后功能恢复的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the impact of preoperative respiratory function training on recovery of pulmonary function after thoracic surgery.Methods 120 patients with operation in department of thoracic surgery from March 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,60 cases in each group.Before operation,the control group was used routine cough training and the study group was used abdominal breathing training,effective cough training and pursed lip training.Before and after operation,lung function of patients in two groups were recorded.The respiratory function training on improvement of patients in department of thoracic surgery were compared and observed according to pulmonary function index.Results Suction frequency of study group was less than that of control group,and the first second time vital capacity,pulse oxygen saturation,oxygen saturation,per minute maximal ventilation were obvious higher than those of control group,with the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Pulmonary function recovery satisfaction of study group at discharge time was 93.33%,higher than that of 80.00%in control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Before operation,per minute maximal ventilation,pulse oxygen saturation,oxygen saturation,the first second time vital capacity in study group was similar to that of the postoperative,the difference had no siginificance(P＞0.05).Conclusion Preoperative respiratory function training is helpful to postoperative pulmonary function recovery,which can improve the tolerance to operation,reduce postoperative respiratory complications,be conductive to the rehabilitation of patients and be worth spreading.
