| Clinical effect of ultrasound guided popliteal vein puncture in treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis |

Abstract ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effect of ultrasound guided popliteal vein puncture in treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis.Methods88 patients with venous thrombosis of lower limb accepted treatments in our hospital from June 2014 to March 2016 were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group by the double chromosphere grouping method.In the control group,patients were treated with intravenous infusion of urokinase in the treatment of peripheral venous,while in the observation group,after ultrasound guided popliteal vein puncture and transcatheter thrombolysis,continuous infusion of Urokinase thrombolytic therapy.Then,the time of swelling and the hospitalization time,clinical effect and the incidence rate of complications were compared between two groups.ResultsThe time of swelling of(6.33±2.14)d and the hospitalization time of(8.04±2.37)d in the observation group,while in the control group,the time of swelling was(9.18±2.62)d and the hospitalization time was(12.55±3.16)d,and the difference was significant(P＜0.01);the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.73%,while in the control group was 81.82%, the difference was significant(P＜0.01).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 2.27%,the control group was 0,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of ultrasound guided popliteal vein puncture in treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis is better,which can shorten the time of swelling and the hospitalization time,and the incidence rate of complications is low,thus it is worthy to be promoted in clinical practice.
