平坦甲沟成形术对嵌甲型甲沟炎愈合程度及外观满意度的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effects of flat nail groove plasty in the treatment of onychocryptosis type paronychia.Methods 82 cases of onychocryptosis type paronychia and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January to November in 2015 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random digit table method,with 41 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with flat nail groove plasty,while the control group was treated with total nail extraction.Then,the degree of wound healing, the degree of satisfaction and the recovery condition of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of postopera tive incision healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05). The postoperative appearance satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that in the control group(75.61%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).The healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the number of dressing change in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.88%,there was no deformity;while the recurrence rate in the control group was 26.83%,and the incidence of malformation was 12.20%;there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The flat nail groove plasty in the treatment of onychocryptosis type paronychia is feasible,which is beneficial to the wound healing,the incision is beautiful,and it can also reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of deformity,thus it has certain promotion value.
