广宁县一、二级医院护士功能性胃肠病患病现况的调查

Abstract Objective To investigate on status of nurse functional gastrointesinal disordes (FGIDs)in Guangning county primary and second grade hospital,in order to provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of this disease. Methods 242 case of female nurses who were willing to accept the physical examination in three different levels hospital[People′s Hospital of Guangning County(grade 2A),Hengshan Town Health Center of Guangning County(grade 1A) and Binheng Town Health Center of Guangning County (grade 2B)]from June to December in 2016 were randomly selected to investigate digestive system symptom questionnaire,the prevalence of FGIDs was calculated,and the relevant psychological mood table formats were assessed.Results The total prevalence of nurse FGIDs was 12.81%,the prevalence of the general group was highest(17.05%),the prevalence of the outpatient group was second (15.19%),and the prevalence of the emergency group was lowest(5.33%).The SDKL total score,CNSS total score and MBI total score in the FGIDs group was higher than that in the no FGIDs group,while the EPSQ total score in the FGIDs group was lower than that in the no FGIDs group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion The nurse groups are high-risk groups of FGIDs,it has a positive and important role to reduce the occurrence of FGIDs by training the basic psychological quality and targeted interventions.
