| Application of comfortable nursing in patients with cesarean section |

Abstract Objective To explore the comfortable nursing on the physiological and psychological influences in women with cesarean section during childbirth.Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,160 primiparae performed with cesarean section in our hospital were selected as research objects and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In the observation group,regular nursing plus comfortable nursing was adopted,while in the control group,only regular nursing was used.The anxiety,postoperative recovery,postoperative pain,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After invervention,the SAS score in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).In the observation group, time to be off bed after surgery,first anal exhaust time,and lactation yield in the third day after surgery were all superior to those in the control group with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The VAS score of postoperative pain was lower and score of nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group,which were both displayed statistical differences(P＜0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing canreduce maternal anxiety,alleviate postoperative pain,promote quick postpartum recovery,and improve lactation as well as nursing satisfaction.
