Abstract Objective To understand the current situation of the quality of life and its influencing factors of primarylevel medical stuf in Lhasa,and to provide theoretical basis for the government to introduce relevant policies to improve the quality of life of medical staff.Methods Form September 2015 to August 2016,primary-level stuffs of 4 country people′s hospitals were chosed to fill chinese edition WHOQOL-BREF scale.Results Compared with the usual domestic model,the score of Tibetan medical stuffs′common sense and health condition was apparently higher than that in the usual domestic model,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The comparison aboutothers fields did not have statistical significance (P＞0.05).The score that common sense,health condition and others fields of Han nationality medical stuffs was obviously lower than that in the domestic model,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Some factors likes nationality, marriage,disease,family friction and appetite influenced the life quality ofprimary-level medicalstuffs(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tibetan medical stuff′s life quality is excellent,but the life quality of Han nationality is stillin urgent need of improvement. The life quality of medical stuffs is influenced by many factors.In addition,the condition of lacking of highly educated talents and asymmetrical distribution ofdoctors and nurses also need improvement.
