补肾安胎汤联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产的效果分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Bushen Antai Decoction combined with Progesterone Capsules in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 72 patients with threatened abortion treated in our hospital from January to July in 2016 were selected as object of study and divided into research group and control group according to the dynamic randomization,36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Progesterone Capsules,and in the research group,Bushen Antai Decoction combined with progesterone was adopted.The clinical efficacy,levels of human choronic gonadotropin(HCG)before and after treatment,and disappearing time of symptoms between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 91.67%,much higher than that in the control group accounting for 72.22%,with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).The HCG level after treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).The disappearing time of symptoms in the research group was shorter than that in the control group,which was displayed a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bushen Antai Decoction and Progesterone Capsules is effective in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion.It can effectively improve the level of HCG and shorten the disappearing time of symptoms.
