Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effects of childbirth without pain on primipara and on maternal and neonatal outcomes.Methods 200 cases of primipara in our hospital from October 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was
received:conventional delivery methods,while the observation was received epidural anesthesia painless childbirth.The analgesic effect,birth process time,delivery way, maternal and child outcomes and analgesia satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The exceuent and good rate for maternal analgesic of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the comtrol group,and the difference was statistically significant(100%vs.13.0%,P<0.05);the observation group for first stage of labor,total labor were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group cesarean section rate(10.0%)was significantly lower than the control group(26.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);postpartum hemorrhage,1,5 min Apgar scores tetween two groups had no statistically significant(P>0.05);analgesia satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (99.0%vs.34.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical painless childbirth for early maternity,can shorten the duration of labor,ease of early maternal pain,worthy of clinical use.
