生殖道B族溶血性链球菌感染与稽留流产的关系

Abstract Objective To explore the relationship between reproductive tract B Streptococcus infection and missed abortion.Methods 40 patients with missed abortion from January 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study group,40 cases of normal pregnancy were selected as the control group in the same period.The two groups of members of the vaginal secretions,intrauterine aspirates,amniotic fluid B group hemolytic streptococcus culture,and detecting the possibility of other pathogenic factors were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the vaginal secretions of the study group and the group B streptococcus of the uterine cavity aspirate had no statistically significant difference.The positive rates of Mycoplasma,Mycoplasma hominis and Mycoplasma parahaemolyticus were higher in the study group than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Mycoplasma infection,Chlamydia infection and chlamydia antibody among the B group hemolytic streptococcus between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion There is no direct re lationship between the infection of B group hemolytic streptococci in the reproductive tract and the early abortion and midinduced abortion.Therefore,there is no need for premature intervention of genital tract B Streptococcus infection pregnant women.But whether there is an indirect relationship between the two,you need further study.
