静脉溶栓治疗高龄急性脑梗死的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis treating senile acute cerebral infarction. Methods 92 senile acute cerebral infarction patients from October 2014 to October 2016 treated in our hospital were selecetd and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,and each group had 46 cases.The control group was given general antiplatelet therapy,the treatment group was given intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator.The neurological function recovery time and the total treatment time,the incidence rate of adverse reactions,the total effective rate,neurological deficit score and Barthel score before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Results The neurological function recovery time and the total treatment time in treatment group were shorter than control group,and the difference was obvious(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group(2.2%)was lower than that was 19.6%in control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of(91.3%)treatment group was higher than that was 71.7%in control group,and the difference was obvious between two groups(P＜0.05).Before and after treatment,the improvement range of neurological deficit score and Barthel score were higher than control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion intravenous thrombolysis for senile acute cerebral infarction patients can make the nerve function to get a substantial improvement in a short time,reduce the possibility of adverse drug reactions and improve the safety and the total effective rate of treatment.
