疏血通注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的效果及安全性

Abstract Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Shuxuetong Injection combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP)of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 56 patients with UAP of CHD who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shuxuetong Injection ,the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong Injection combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Injection.The levels of Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),fibrinogen(FIB)and serum creatinine(SCr)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was higher than that of the control group(71.43%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).The level of FIB after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of ALT and SCr after treatment between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of Shuxuetong Injection and Isosorbide Mononitrate Injection in the treatment of UAP of CHD is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
