Analysis of drug resistance of clinical common pathogenic bacteria in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution and drug resistance of common pathogenic bacteria in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics and drug resistance.MethodsThe data of pathogen culture and drug sensitive test in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were collected,and classification statistic was did.The distribution and drug resistance of common pathogenic bacteria was analyzed.ResultsAmong isolated strains,there were Gram-negative bacteria with acorresponding separate rate of 66.7%,73.9%,77.7%in turn from 2013 to 2015.The most commonly encountered Gram-negative bacteria were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii.Gram-positive bacteria had acorresponding separate rate of 33.3%,26.1%,22.3%in turn in the three years.The common Gram-positive bacteria were Staphylococcus haemolyticus, S.epidermidis,Saureus and Enterococcus faecalis.The drug resistance of Escherichia coli to cephalosporins,fluroquinolones and aztreonam was severe.44.2%and more than 44.0%of A.baumannii strains were resistant toimipenem and meropenem,respectively.Clindamycin and erythromycin had higher resistance to the main gram-positive cocci.Penicillins werevery sensitive to Enterococcus faecalis.Several strains of vancomycin resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus faecalis were found in 2013 and 2015.ConclusionThe clinical common pathogens are Gram negative bacteria in our hospital.The drug resistance is serious,which need to strengthen the monitoring of bacterial resistance and the management of hospital infection,promote the rational use of antibiotics so as to slow down the development of bacterial resistance.
