西甲硅油和达克罗宁在无痛胃镜检查视野改善中的比较

Abstract Objective To compare the vision improvement efficacy of Simethicone Emulsion and Dyclonine Mucilageon in each part of the painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 240 inpatients and outpatients given painless gastroscopy in our hospital from April to September 2016 were selected as object.All patients were divided into the control group,the Simethicone group and the Dyclonine group in accordance with the random number table method,and each group had 80 patients.The control group did not applicate any mucosal improvement agent.Patients in the Simethicone group were given 20 ml solution which contained 5 ml Simethicone emulsion and 15 ml normal saline orally before 10-15 min endoscopy,while the Dyclonine group was given 10 ml Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucilage.The visibility under gastroscopy when checking was recorded.Results The rate of manually flush in the control group was 72.50%,which was rather high compared with the simethicone group(21.25%)and the dyclonine group(18.75%)(P＜0.05).The visibility of easophagus and stomach in the Simethicone group and the Dyclonine group was better than the control group(P＜0.01).Compared with the Dyclonine group,the visibility of easophagus in the simethicone group was worse(P＜0.05),but it had no difference in the stomach(P＞0.05).Conclusion The visibility of painless gastroscopy without mucosal improvement agent is bad,and the application of Simethicone Emulsion or Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucilage is recommended before examination.Both of them can improve the visibility,and reduce the chance of manually flush.The efficacy of Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucilage is better than Simethicone Emulsion.However,in terms of public health economics,Simethicone Emulsion is more suitable.
