| Efficacy of flexible management in clinical nursing management in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of flexible management in clinical nursing management in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics.Methods280 puerperas in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in our hospital from Jaunuary 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=140)and the control group (n=140)according to the different treatment time.The control group was implemented routine nursing management,while the experimental group was implemented flexible management.The incidence of adverse event,nursing error and complaint,nursing quality and satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe incidence of adverse event,nursing error and complaint in the observation group(2.86%,0.71%,0.00%)were lower than those in the control group(13.57%, 5.00%,2.86%);the nursing quality[(92.4±6.1),(9.4±0.5)points]and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group [(84.1±2.1),(6.4±0.6)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of flexible management in the nursing management of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology can reduce the incidence of infection,dystocia,neonatal asphyxia and nursing error and complaint and can improve the nursing quality and satisfaction.
