PDCA循环在防范消化内科患者排泄相关性跌倒管理中的应用

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the application of PDCA cycle management model in prevention of patients with digestive internal medicine discharge correlation fall nursing effect.Methods100 patients were selected,and had been hospitalized in our hospital digestive internal medicine from October 2015 to October 2016.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given routine nursing care of digestive diseases.In addition,the experimental group patients were given the PDCA cycle management;the incidence rate of two groups of patients were compared the stumble.According to stumble,this paper was analyzed the reasons of events,surveyed of general nursing staff to prevent falls within relevant knowledge,through analysis,the summary,find the cause of the fall in the correlation evacuation and influencing factors,and formulate relevant measures, and inspection,analysis and improvement.ResultsPDCA circulation department paramedics were found after the application in the knowledge level about preventing falls significantly promoted,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);patient discharge correlation significantly was lower incidence of falls,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);satisfaction of patients to nursing improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPDCA cycle management model,after the application can improve the patient and family nursing staff knowledge of fall prevention,reduce the incidence rate of discharge correlation stumble,improve nursing satisfaction.
