The influence ofShuanghuanglian Injection and Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Power Injection on hemolytic effect in rabbits′red blood cells in vitro |

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Shuanghuanglian Injection and Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Power Injection on hemolytic effect in rabbits′red blood cell(RBC)in vitro.MethodsThe blood samples were collected from healthy rabbits by 20 ml,and the red blood cell suspension of 2%was prepared,and it with Shuanghuanglian Injection, Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Power Injection and Sodium Chloride Injection of 0.9%were co-incubated,and hemolysis test was carried out in vitro,and the absorbance was detected by spectrophotometer.The hemolysis rate of RBC in 3 h was observed.ResultsThe hemolysis rate of Shuanghuanglian Injection with concentration of 0.06,0.12,0.18,0.24,0.3 g/ml was 8.39%,21.34%,40.98%,50.36%,67.68%respectively,and there was a statistical difference between two groups compared with Sodium Chloride Injection of 0.9%(P<0.05).The hemolysis rate of Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Power Injection with concentration of 0.06,0.12,0.18,0.24,0.3 g/ml was 2.15%,5.23%,7.31%,9.59%,13.35%respectively,and there was a statistical difference when the concentration was 0.3 g/ml compared with Sodium Chloride Injection of 0.9%(P<0.05).When the concentration was 0.12,0.18,0.24,0.3 g/ml,there was a statistical difference of hemolysis rate between Shuanghuan glian Injection and Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Power Injection(P<0.05).ConclusionThe influence of Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Power Injection on hemolytic effect is small compared with Shuanghuanglian Injection.
