| Clinical comparison of laparoscopic surgery combined with Triptorelin or Gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis |

Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with Triptorelin or Gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods70 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from September 2015 to November 2016 were selected as research object.All the patients were divided into two groups by random number table,35 cases in each group.Patients of the two groups were given laparoscopic surgery,after surgery,observation group was given intramuscular injection of Triptorelin,control group was given Gestrinone orally.All the patients were given 5-month follow-up.The clinical efficacy,treatment situation,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.ResultsThe curative effective rate of observation group was94.29%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%of the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of menstruation and ovulation of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of observation group(11.43%,5.71%)were lower than those of the control group(31.43%,22.86%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with Gestrinone,laparoscopic surgery combined with Triptorelin in the treatment of endometriosis has more significant clinical effects,with high safety and low recurrence rate,promote prognostic recovery,which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
