Abstract ObjectiveTo study the efficacy and safety of multimodal analgesia in comscious anesthesia durimg intervertebral foramen surgery.Methods92 patients
received:transforaminal endoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the sequence to operating room, with 46 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given multimodal analgesia, while patients in group B were given routine local anesthesia. The levels of MAP,HR,pain degree, time of chills reaction time and operation, respiratory depression, postoperative adverse reactions of patients were compared between two group.ResultsThe levels of MAP,HR,pain degree, time of chills reaction time and operation, respiratory depression, postoperative adverse reactions of patients in group A were better than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both groups A and B.ConclusionReducing the operative pain of multimodal analgesia and analgesia in foraminal mirror awake in the operation, improving safety and comfort.
