Effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on micro inflammatory factor and calcium phosphorus metabolism in long-term hemodialysis patients |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on micro inflammatory factor and calcium phosphorus metabolism in long-term hemodialysis patients.MethodsFrom January 2015 to February 2017,82 cases of long-term hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given hemodialysis treatment,the study group was treated with hemodialysis and hemoperfusion combined treatment.The levels of micro inflammatory factors and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment,the micro inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,Hb,Alb,TC)and the level of calcium and phosphorus metabolism (calcium,phosphorus)in the study group were significantly improved,and which was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion has a positive effect on the improvement of micro inflammatory factor and calcium and phosphorus in long-term hemodialysis patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
