盐酸舍曲林片治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment effect of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablet in the treatment of poststroke depression.Methods105 cases of post-stroke depression from May 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as the objects of study,which were divided into the study group(52 cases)and the control group(53 cases)according to the method of treatment.Patients of the two groups were given conventional treatment,on the basis of conventional treatment,the study group was given Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablet.All patients were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.The total effective rate,HAMD score,SSS score of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of HAMD,SSS of the two groups after treatment 4 weeks,8 weeks was significant lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of HAMD,SSS of the study group after treatment 4 weeks,8 weeks was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablet in the treatmeng of post-stroke depression patients is significant,which can effectively improve the patient′s depression,and improve nerve function,it is recommended clinical use.
