西沙必利治疗功能性便秘临床效果及安全性分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Cisapride in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods 98 patients with functional constipation treated in our hospital from October 20,2015 to March 5,2016 were selected and they were divided into the control group (n=49) and observation group (n=49) .Patients in the control group were treated with Maren Pills,while patientsin the observation group were treated with Cisapride.Clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.83%,which was higher than that of the control group (71.45%),the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.12% in the observation group,which was lower than that of the control group (20.41%),the recurrence rate was 10.21% in observation group,which was lower than that of the control group (30.61%) (P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of the observation group after treatment was shorter than that of the control group,and the daily defecation frequency was more than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Cisapride in the treatment of functional constipation is significant,and it can reduce the abdominal pain,diarrhea,vomiting and other adverse reactions,can promote the rapid recovery of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.
