复方阿嗪米特肠溶片与复方消化酶分别联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗化学性消化不良的效果比较

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mite and Compound Digestive Enzyme combined with Deanxit separately in the treatment of chemical dyspepsia.Methods 110 outpatients and inpatients with chemical dyspepsia treated in department of gastroenterology of Baoshan Branch of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine form January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects and they were divided into the two groups according to the random number table method.55 cases in the treatment group were treated with Mite combined with Deanxit while 55 patients in the control group were treated with Compound Digestive Enzyme combined with Deanxit.The treatment time was 2 months.Clinical curative effect in patients of the two groups was observaed,and the symptoms integral of GSRS before and after treatment in patients between the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reaction during treatment process in patients of the two groups was recorded.Results The total effective rate was 92.7% in the treatment group,which was obviously higher than that of the control group (76.4%) (P<0.01).After treatment,GSRS score in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) and GSRS score in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of Mite combined with Deanxit in the treatment of chemical dyspepsia is more significant compared with Compound Digestive Enzyme combined with Deanxit.It is worthy of clinical promotion and further normative study.
