多囊卵巢综合征患者体重指数、内分泌及其代谢异常特征之间相关性研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between body mass index,endocrine and metabolic abnormalities in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).MethodsFrom July 2014 to July 2016,90 patients with PCOS were selected and divided into the＜23 kg/m2group(43 cases),the 23-25 kg/m2group(21 cases),the＞25 kg/m2group(26 cases) according to body mass index(BMI).The indexes of insulin(INS),endocrine and metabolism in each group were tested.ResultsThe total testosterone (T)and INS levels in the＜23 kg/m2group were lower than those in the other two groups (P＜0.05),and the level of T and INS in＞25 kg/m2group was relatively highest.Compared with the＜23 kg/m2group,the level of T in the other two groups increased by 1.65(95%CI:1.33-2.06)and 4.26(95%CI:2.16-8.37)times;and the insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)increased by 1.69(95%CI:1.42-2.00)and 4.46(95%CI:2.57-7.75)times.ConclusionObese PCOS patients are accompanied by severe endocrine disorder and metabolic disorde,and need symptomatic treatment and weight control.
