| Investigation and analysis of sexual function and sexual concept in infertile women |

Abstract ObjectiveTo understand the incidence rate,common causes and related factors of sexual dysfunction in infertile women,so as to explore the prevention and treatment of sexual dysfunction in infertile women and improve the physical and mental health and quality of life of infertile women.MethodsSexual function,sexual satisfaction and sexual activity statusaswellasinfluencingfactorsof860infertilewomenfromJunetoDecemberin2015wereinvestigatedbyquestionnaire.ResultsThe incidence rate of sexual dysfunction with different degrees and types in infertile women was more than 50%.The reason was multifaceted,but most of them were related to the lack of sexual knowledge in both sides;there were 61.08%of people who answered"sexual satisfaction";the proportion of asking sexual life actively was low,and 12.18%of people never asked the sexual life actively;58.97%of women was cooperative after the males asked for a sexual life;there were 42.56%of women having sexual life with the aim to"enhance the relationship between husband and wife".ConclusionThe incidence rate of sexual dysfunction in infertile women is fairly high,but most of them are psychogenic;the factors influencing sexual satisfaction are complex,most women have the right sexual concepts and sexual attitudes.
