美式整脊手法与坐位牵引方法治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

Abstract Objective To compare and analyze the effect of American Chiropractic and sitting traction in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and divided into the study group and the control group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with American chiropractic technique,and the control group was treated by sitting traction.The therapeutic effect,quality of life scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group (92.0%)was higher than that in the control (56.0%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The adverse reactions rate of patients in the study group (4.0%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(24.0%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion American chiropractic manipulation is better for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
