调Q1064nm激光与光子嫩肤技术治疗面部黄褐斑的效果对比

Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the effect of Q1064 nm laser and photorejuvenation techniques for facial chloasma.Methods80 cases with chloasma treated in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random numbers method,the observation group (n=40)was treated with Q1064 nm laser photorejuvenation instrument,and the control group (n=40)was treated with IPL Queen SR treatment.VISIA skin image and SOFT5.5 skin properties test results of two groups before and after the intervention were compared,clinical onset time and total treatment time of the two groups were calculated.ResultsThe scores of pigment,wrinkle,texture,pores,and quality of skin of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05),the skin pH,moisture and elasticity of SOFT 5.5 skin test of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total treatment time was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionQ1064 nm laser can effectively improve the skin of patients with chloasma,shorten the treatment cycle,and improve the clinical treatment.
