手术切开引流对肛周脓肿患者肛瘘形成的防治效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the effect of incision and drainage on the formation of anal fistula formation in perianal abscess by surgery，and to provide help for clinical medical treatment.Methods80 patients with clinical data from April 2016 to January 2017 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group by random grouping(ie,digital grouping method).The number of patients in each group were 40 cases.The patients in the observation group were treated with a one-time surgical incision and drainage technique，and the abscess was cut by conventional treatment only in the control group.The two groups of patients after treatment and disease recurrence probability,the corresponding conclusions were compared.ResultsThe abscess recurrence rate and anal fistula formation rate of observation group was 2.5%and 5.0%respectively,the control group was 12.5%and 25.0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of perianal abscess with one-time surgical incision and drainage is a good way to shorten the treatment course of the patients.It is effective to avoid the worsening of the wound after various operation.It is suggested that it should be widely used clinically.
