Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the difference of the effect between the glycerine enema and oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte in the preparation of intestinal cleansing after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)surgery.Methods84 case of proposed to PPH patients in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected,and they were divided into group A (42 cases)and group B (42 cases)by extracting hospitalization number through computer software,they were given the different preoperative bowel cleansing of clean enema and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte disintegration combined with enema enema respectively.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the preparation of intestinal cleansing between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of abdominal pain,fecal spontaneous outflow and defecation in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P＜0.05).ConclusionClean enema and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte disperse combined with cypriot enema in the preparation of intestinal cleansing have a significant effect,but the compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte combined with open plug enema can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients related to the intestinal preparation process,and improve comfort of patients.
