产妇自然分娩中应用人性化护理模式的效果评价

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy evaluation of humanized nursing applied to maternal natural childbirth.Methods80 puerperaes in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects,according to random number table,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given humanized nursing,and the control group was given traditional nursing.The delivery mode,the amount of postpartum bleeding,stages of labor,the incidence of fetal distress,the Apgar score of newborns and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe natural childbirth rate (72.5%)and nursing satisfaction(90.0%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(52.5%, 72.5%),the incidence of caesarean section(12.5%)and fetal distress(15.0%)were lower than those in the control group (32.5%,30.0%),the amount of postpartum bleeding[(276.4±58.1)ml]was lower than that in the control group[(355.6± 60.2)ml],the stages of labor[(8.1±2.4)h]was shorter than that in the control group[(9.8±3.9)h],the Apgar score of newborns[(9.4±0.3)points]was lower than that in the control group[(8.1±1.0)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe humanized nursing appliedto maternal natural birth has the good clinical effect,which can effectively improve natural birth rate,and reduce postpartum hemorrhageamount,andbenefit the newborn,and improve nursing satisfaction,so it is worthyof clinical promotion.
