Abstract ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on deliverymode and postpartum hemorrhage for puerpera.M ethodsClinical data of 150 puerperae treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were analyzed and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(100 cases)according to different nursing intervention.The control group was given routine nursing care mode,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The anxiety and depression psychology score,the delivery mode,the time of delivery and the 2 h and 24 h blood loss of puerperae in two groups were observed before and after the nursing intervention.ResultsThe anxiety and depression psychology score between the two groups before nursing intervention were not statistically significant(P＞0.05),after intervention,anxiety and depression psychology score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,anxiety and depression psychology score in puerperae of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the rate of natural childbirth was higher than that of the control group,the rate of cesarean section and vaginal delivery were lower than those of the control group,the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third labor time were shorter than those of the control group,2 h and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume was less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing intervention applied in puerperae can improve the rate of natural childbirth,improve the adverse mental and emotional state,shorten the labor process and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.It isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
